Terrible service 7/15/2016

Terrible service but good products. In summary: Service Rep was late for our first two appointments, we ended up asking for someone else to get the project rolling and still ended working with her. Delivery of the counter- they were to be here at 5pm on a Thursday, 6pm rolls around and still no idea if and when they were to show up. Contacted Camilla and since it was after hours she had no way to find out if and when they were to show up. They ended up showing up at 7:40 pm- 2 hrs and 40 minutes late. I told Camilla to have a Manager call me the following day to discuss all of our issues. To her credit about noon the next day she emailed me and asked if Mike (Operations or Logistics Manager) contacted me. I told her I never heard anything. Eventually Mike called me back on Monday- he was off for an extended weekend. No one stepped in and frankly no one from the management team ever called me up after I complained to Mike. Very frustrating company to work with- as I said good product but the service is awful. more
