I was there too...I got tired of the constant rent raises, feeling like I was just paying a company who does not care and went up the road to Lock N' Leave Storage. I rented a space there instead. When I moved in to the new place my rent monthly is $20.00 less a month than I was paying when I started at Simply and I got 2 free months rent promotion which made it really worth it. My first year I saved over $500.. People there are very nice and you feel appreciated just being there.
