John came to our home after Ta tried to service our AC unit with a simple fix, but unfortunately our unit was not able to be repaired(after 18 yrs of good service). John evaluated our needs for our home and was kind enough to discuss this with my husband(via phone) and I. Within 24 hrs we had a unit installed(professionally by his son Jacob and with John's assistance). Our home is cool and comfortable.
