We had our refrigerator stop cooling.
I looked at GE's website for a service call and it would have been 4 days to get a repair. I called tehm at 7:30am and a guy scheduled it for that day at 10am! He showed up on time (with only an hour window of time instead of the usual 4!) and, after diagnosing the problem (and defrosting the freezer), had it repaired in less than 2 hours.
