Joe was the best technician I who has ever fixed any AC related issues for me. He was professional, honest, and above all conscientious about his work. After diagnosing a problem on my central unit, he went home and thought about it some more, only to come back the next day and find an easier and much cheaper solution. All this was done during two very hot days (over 100). I will always ask for Joe to come fix my AC.
