I went with this company for a new liner in my pool since the owner seemed professional and knowledgeable as well as reasonably priced. My decision was the worst possible decision ever!! The owner (Tom) told me it would take 10-14 days to get the new liner and 72 hours to install the liner and the price quoted would include water delivery to fill the pool. So 2 and a half weeks right? Wrong it took 1 month. I also had to use my garden hose to fill the pool. The owner had 1 guy working on it and that 1 guy was great but the problem was this guy had a day job and my job was a side job to him. The owner and his cousin was there the 1st day and the last day to collect his money. All he cared about was money!! He would tell me one thing and did another. I had to do things that he said he would do. I had to clean up their mess they left that they said they would clean up! The last week out of that month he kept saying "the pool will be done tomorrow" and said it everyday that whole week. I think I've learned my lesson and will start looking for more reputable and BBB affiliated companies from here on out!! more
