Ruben came out to our home the same day we called Monkey Wrench. He called before he came and arrived when we were told he would. He was very nice and explained so that I could understand what needed to be done. He proceeded to clean out our main sewer line and take a movie of where it was blocked which was just where we thought it would be next to our ficus hedge. He unblocked the blockage thoroughly and told us what needed to be done. We received the movie the next day in an email. We have decided to take out the trees so this won't be an issue in the future and then repair the pipe.
