We were having issues with what we thought was a clogged drain, however, it ended up being a problem with the toilet that was easily fixed. Other companies could have spent hours there trying to figure out the problem and charging us a higher fee, but KL examined the problem quickly, told me what it was and how to fix it in the future and was done, professionalism that is much appreciated today!!!
