My insurance company covered the purchase of a knee Walker, but the Billing Assistant at Norbrook insisted that my insurance company was providing me with the incorrect information because HER list of codes does not include a code for the purchase of the knee walker. After many, many phone calls and dealing with the rudeness of the Norbrook representative, I provided the Billing Assistant with the code to bill my insurance company but she still insisted that the insurance company was wrong. Overall poor customer service and they have uninformed staff members. They also need to update their list of billing codes. Needless to say, I went with another medical supply company and had a wonderful experience. Don't use Norbrook... 0 stars!
