Adam V. was our serviceman. We needed service quickly and the company squeezed him into an early time. A new range was being installed by a big box company and their delivery men would not complete the job because the shut off for the gas was in the basement. They left the new range in the garage and departed. Why the location of the valve made a difference was unknown to me and also to Adam when he came onto the job. Adam turned off the gas quickly and then suggested that he move the shut off valve to the kitchen so that when the delivery men returned there could be no question that they could install the range. That's the long story. Briefly, however, it remains to be said that Adam was most efficient and finished the above work in little time and pleasantly. We would be happy to have him in the future for any sort of work his company performs. L. Bartrand
