Actually we had the opposite experience. We went to another store first, couldn't find the screw size we needed in the hardware area, asked for help and they were as lost as we were. So we went across the street to Rycenga's and they had someone at the door that walked us to the exact spot and immediately pulled the screw we needed. Awesome.
