Jose and co-worker, Frank, called when they were on their way. While Jose was getting the scope of the job (water damage to ceiling around the fireplace), Frank was positioning the ladder to get up on the roof - being careful not to lean it against the gutters (appreciate it). Jose reviewed the paperwork and told me what I had to move out of the way. Jose and Frank moved the larger furniture pieces. They were very prompt and tidy and explained the process to the prevention measure that they were handling (someone else would handle the repair).
