DJ from Level Home Serivices serviced my condo a/c yesterday May 10, 2016. He was very thorough in his inspection of the a/c unit and his explanation of services that would be of interest to me. He made reasonable recommendations, not a pressured sales pitch. During the course of discussion he mentioned that he formerly served in the US Army, which probably lends itself to his professional demeanor. Likewise, Sharon who coordinated my service appointment was very pleasant and accommodating to my scheduling needs. She called a day in advance to confirm my appointment and 30 minutes prior to the DJ's arrival. Overall: excellent service at a reasonable price.
