I had an appointment showed up and the doors were locked. I called the cell number for Lenore and explained the doors were locked and I was there for my appointment. She told me she was taking her "disabled" clients home and it took long because they are so difficult. I was totally disgusted. Not only did she not apologize for not being there and being late but she blamed her tardiness on "difficult disabled people" not to mention she took down my cell phone number when I made the appointment in case of a situation exactly like being late and did not call me. Dont waste your time going to her shes unprofessional and cant keep appointments also the salon is dirty who knows if they even wash their towels or clean brushes properly.
