I used this company for 10 months. This company totally failed its promises. They have many promises. They gave me a timeline and laid out what was expected. I repeatedly asked them what else I can do to help. I received their advice and did my part fully and completely. All I am waiting for is the result of their work. The results never come. So, what Boostability did when there was no results as they promised? They blame me. I pulled out the email with my questions: what else I should do? Nothing was the answer. Then, now, how can you blame the clients? With this situation, they also changed the account manager. The new account manager did nothing, but blaming me, the client. Be very aware of their promises. They will blame you, the client, if they fail to achieve any results!!!
