2nd time we have used Mr. Rooter. 2nd time they responded immediately- this time on a Saturday without any emergency fee., gave us every option ( including us buying our own equipment and them installing only ) - tech was open and honest and pulled up a website showing retail prices of a large home improvement chain for new water heaters as compared to their charges. Highly recommended for anyone who doesnt need frills, but needs honesty, integrity, and to be treated as a customer. 5 stars.
