Peter did a very good job as far as I can tell. However, I am disappointed at Bruno for the following reasons: 1) When I made my appointment for April 29 I requested that Cristobal be my tech since he has worked on my unit several times and he was confirmed. 2) Bruno called me on April 28 and said they had several emergencies and could they reschedule me. I said yes and the reschedule date was May 2. 3) I then called back and told the lady I talked to to be sure that they send Cristobal. She said she would pass the request on and that if there was a problem they would call me. 4) I never received a call back and Cristobal was not my tech. Again, this is no reflection on Peter, who had nothing to do with Bruno not sending Cristobal. more
