I already had a water heater and they quoted a price of over $1,000 to install. Only work to do was solder pipe and hook-up. They charged us $147 to solder small pipe and $29 service call, total invoice was $176.00. They were at my house for less tha n 15 minutes....highway robbery! Will never use their service again.
