Toron R. arrived as expected and immediately greeted me with enthusiasm and courtesy. Using ARS for services, I was aware of the work needed to inspect and maintain my two HVAC systems, but Toron seemed to put a special dedication to be more than thorough. He kept me informed throughout the appointment, was always polite and professional, He vacuumed and washed the outside units to keep them in top working condition. Perhaps this is SUPPOSED to be standard, but I have not found such dedication and work ethic commonplace. I may not look forward to NEEDING service if a problem arose, but would have no hesitation in contacting Toron and ARS as my first choice.
