Rob arrived right on time, completed his job (snaking out our laundry room drain pipe) quickly and charged us exactly the estimated price. Our clog is gone, and he even gave us tips on how to avoid getting clogs in the future. As I jokingly told him when he left, I hope we don't have to call a plumber again for awhile -- but if we do, we'll call SSI.
