My 2015 Mercedes got hail damage by the storm here in Frisco a few weeks ago. It took a longer time getting an appointment with my insurance adjuster than it did to have my car repaired. After I got my estimate, they said my hood and roof would need to be replaced, as in cut my roof off and paint that with a new hood? I took it to Auto Hail Zone in Haltom City, which is only 17 miles from my work. They did not cut my hood or replace my hood and my car looks just like it did when I drove it off the lot. Oh, it only took 5 days and they also covered my $500 deductible. I cannot say enough about this company and the best customer service I have EVER seen. THANK YOU AHZ!!! You have a customer for life.
