Service Technician Jim C. called ahead to confirm he was enroute and would be here within the scheduled time. Upon arrival he went about the annual tune-up of our Lennox A/C and explained that he would be replacing our previously installed surge protector at no cost as ARS was doing so due to the possibility of defective units. He explained that the A/C was in good order and completed the overall work in a timely manner. Was very informative and also made us aware of other ARS services, etc. I would recommend both ARS and Jim C. Thanks.
