David completed his by-annual maintenance visit. All systems checked out OK. He advised that the old unit is slightly off level (front to back) but it drains OK. Since the unit is almost 10 years old, he had advised to consider a new package unit, now coming with a 10-year guarantee. We had also discussed the possibility of a new thermostat with WiFi capability. His service is always prompt, very informative and his advice/suggestions are always appreciated.
