If there was a negitive star that's what my review would be and they didn't even do any work. I called at 11:24 am to have someone come out and look at my broken garage door and the scheduler eally had difficulty taking my information down. She told me they would send someone between 12 and 2. Then called me back 10 minutes later to say they didn't have anyone available to work on a GATE. I talked to another person and told them it wasn't a gate it was a door. She apologized and confirmed the time of 12 to 2. My husband called said that nobody had showed up yet. I called back and she said she would have someone call back right away. Tony talked to my husband and he told him he would be out in 10 minutes. Someone finally showed up at 7 And I told him we called someone else because they said they woild be here and they didn't show up. The guy had the balls to tell me that I had to pay the service call and I told him I wasn't paying for anything. He argued with me and then told my husband my husband must have misunderstood and that he said he would be here between 3 and 7 when their conversation was at 3:13. But what he said was I eill be there in 10 minutes. He continued to argue and my husband had to tell him to get off of our property several times. more
