Carlos was very professional. He was very knowledgeable about fixing the water softener and told me everything that he was doing. He made recommendations about flushing our water heater that helped maintain the life of it. He did a really great job on the installation of our new water softener. Carlos was super friendly and was very pleasant to talk with. If all employees were like Carlos, this world would be a better place. He is definitely an asset to your organization.
