Alfredo R was our tech today who repaired our a/c unit. He was very professional and very patient with all of our questions. Although I was disappointed that our Trane unit needed repair Alfredo knew exactly how to fix it and did so very efficiently. Michelle in the office also helped get us scheduled for repair asap.
