The Jonesboro location is the worst! Every time I go, I'm there for hours, I almost always have had to wait past my appointment time, which I understand can happen, but NOONE communicates that to you until you ask. The lack of communication brings up another point, the front office was suppose to submit info to my insurance, I was told it would be available at my next appointment. The next appointment come only to find out they NEVER submit the info. I had to keep calling for almost 3 weeks to get a answer. They kept saying someone would call me back. They NEVER did. The communication skills are terrible! more
