The Pilates Studio has a class for everyone! Apparatus classes, Mat classes, Barre Sculpt, private lessons... These are just a few of the choices that this wonderful studio offers. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and want to help all their clients succeed in becoming the best versions of themselves. I started attending classes at the Pilates Studio in 2013 and have been hooked ever since!
