Wonderful technician! Very thorough and gracious! Took the time to do things right and also took time to explain my new water heater to me. Our technician was so wonderful to work with! We also had a follow up call a couple days later with another one of their technicians and He too was wonderful! We will definitely be calling Will Fix It again!!
