I visited Clothing Carousel for the first time to submit items to be sold. They were highly recommended to me by several friends.
They have a policy I was not aware of which requires new clients have a minimum of 10 items in order to open an account. I had only 4 items. I was disappointed when the clerk advised me of the policy, but understood and did not argue. I simply started to put my items back in the bag I brought them in so I could take them with me.
However, upon discovering I did not have the minimum 10 items, the woman assisting me was very rude!
I will not return to Clothing Carousel.
