Had my On Demand go out ..everything else fine , I foolishly took the box back. After getting 2 boxes that wouldn't work I got a third ( 20 mile trip each time ). while "installing Tech support said they had exhausted all means of programming it . so now I have NO TV and you can't get a simple number to call a REAL person at the office. Best advertising for Satellite and Online services ever.
