I called Mike 2 years ago to repair my furnace and he said we needed a new board ,but instead he did some wiring and spliced the wiring which worked at that time but recently I had problem again and when I called another vendor not only were they prompt but they solved the problem but told me that the wiring was wrong and my new vendor took care of our problem we will never recommend this company or Mike ever again
