Repairman was very kind explained the costs and upon my agreement with the cost he went right to work. I could not start pilot light on heater, he tried but could not light it either. He checked the gas line and found air in the line, took that out, completed a through cleaning of the parts, put it back together and it started on first try. Ryan was efficient, friendly and very nice explaining what he was doing and why. I appreciated his attention to detail and will definitely recommend Jennings Heating and Cooling to others.
