Well this company DOES service my area and often has blackouts and issues during storms ( and at times not even considered a storm, just "rain"!) Does not offer discounts for industry/services such as TECO and has HORRIBLE consumer services I have paid my bill w/out disruption for 5 yrs. I attempted to pay online via check to set up autopay (and although it said it went through and I have plenty of other services automated/ checks used thru this account) they returned it with a fee I tried to explain and ask to waive they fee. No,... you'll have to contact your bank ..clearly not skilled in active listening or customer understanding Unfortunately cant avoid using them unless I move!
