Brant arrived when the dispatcher said he would, was polite and courteous, explained what he was doing when I asked him, and made a quick and accurate diagnosis. He offered a deal to get a summertime service for a discount if I prepaid now, which I did, but did so with no pressure - just made an offer to me. I will call Paitson's again for HVAC service.
