We purchased a new HVAC system in March 2011 and the thermostat regularly showed an error code indicating that the furnace was not working properly. We reported the problem during regular service checks and after additional calls about the issue. Several technicians responded and attempted to correct the problem, but none were successful. Jeremy was dispatched to our house in January 2016, and he was very persistent; he simply would not give up until the problem was solved. He was very professional and competent, and there was no giving up in his approach. We really appreciate his help in solving a problem that we thought we would not ever be solved.
