We experienced a plumbing problem at our co-op, and several of our owners were unable to use their bathrooms. We called Paradise; within an HOUR, Jeurys, their service person, arrived. He was efficient, intelligent, and thorough. While he worked, he explained to us what he was doing and how he was fixing our problem. What a relief!
