My mother was in this store recently and the customer service was horrible. She was in there for quite a while looking at lights and not a single employee asked if they could help. She said there was at least 3 to 4 workers sitting behind desks that never offered to help. I've been in there several times and have never been impressed with the customer service. You would think with multiple lighting places around the owner would hire people that are better at their jobs. They may have plenty of lights to look at, but there are plenty of places to do your lighting shopping.
