Kevin, like all of your service people, was efficient and courteous. Having the service plan makes me feel safe about my furnace and other appliances (AC) that are on my plan. My Carrier furnace has served me well. I especially like the huge filter that picks up irritants from the air making my home a comfortable place in which to live. Thank you for your service
