Paul showed up on time and quickly identified the problem and began to solve it. When the problem turned out to be trickier than expected and even though the supply houses for parts were already closed on Saturday afternoon, he did not give up and put me off until Monday when it would have been easy to get the required parts. Instead, he tracked down what he needed at various local stores and stayed on the job until it was fixed and fixed right. In fact, my bath faucet now works better than it did when it was new. I am soooo grateful.
