The service was fine. Phil the technician came to service my furnace on Sat.Dec 3rd because I had no heat. The heat was restored but again no heat on Sun, Dec 4. Called Zinner & Ritter to report no heat on Dec 5th. He returned Dec 5 install an electronic igniter. Didn't realize it would turn out to be very expensive. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income so thought I would get a senior rate.
