Service was provided by Derrick, he was courteous, personal, quickly grasped what needed to be done. We are quite satisfied, though we did find the pricing rather high. I did read your explanation regarding the cost of such work and thought it was reasonable and fair. I might mention that i was able to to use a $25 coupon to reduce the total amount.
