this repair visit was very good , the exception I have is that this makes twice I have had to call you out to fix something that was caused by one of your technicians during your preventative maintenance visits . In both cases a connector was left of inside one of the units that caused it to malfunction . This is a little inconvenient , and costs you a lot of money . you should have them be a little more careful .
