Scott f arrived on time. Was very polite. And knowledgeable.. after hearing our a/ c problem he proceeded to work to find the problem. He did, and said he would not leave until the problem was corrected. Right now the problem has been corrected, and I have confidence that it will stay corrected. The office staff was great getting me an appt on the same day I called, even on a Saturday. I am a repeat customer. They all get 5 stars from me.
