I am a DIY guy but there are times I need to call a "person" with more knowledge and experience! So when Mark F. from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came down and did not act like a know it all or a pushy salesman, but instead educated me on the machine and how I could do preventative work to prevent more damage I was pleasantly surprised. I will for sure always use this company for any plumbing issues that I cant handle myself from here on forward.
