Took 11 months to do something he quoted 7-8 months. Shaved my teeth down to get them to move faster which gave me tooth sensitivity that I did not have before. Promised a whitening gel after braces were off that I still haven't received 2 months later. Took 4 visits to get retainers fitting properly. I initially walked in for an invisalign consultation and walked out with brackets. He's a salesman.
