Chris Scott is the utmost professional each time he comes into our office for maintenance for our system. He explains everything he has performed to me in a while that I can understand. He always tells me before he begins any work exactly what he is planning to do and once he has finished, he explains exactly what he did and what, if anything, we need to know about any further issues.
