This was the first time I used this company. I had my furnace cleaned and checked by Shane M. He was very nice and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. He seemed to be very thorough and not just trying to rush through it. I also had my hot water tank flushed and checked by George. He was also very kind and took the time to talk to us. Very good experience and looking forward to using them both for future maintenance!
