Jordan H from Any Hour Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air came to look at my furnace. He is very professional, kind and polite. He went thru my furnace tune up step by step. He was very patient talking with me and to explain to me how a furnace works. He showed me exactly what the issues were with my furnace, wrote them down and gave me a total for repairs or in my case I wanted information on a new furnace. He told me he would have a supervisor come out and discuss with me my options for repair or replace. Jordan was very respectful, kind and honest.
