A little late showing up, understandable in that Chuck was training someone.
Quick, efficient, no mess, got the problem taken care quickly and were gone.
Guys were friendly and courteous. Even discovered Chuck and I used to work around the corner from each other years ago and our companies did business with each other, small world.
